Initial consultation
Our designer will meet you and discuss your needs and get familiar with your project.

Once a program list is developed, Bon Terra will produce a preliminary cost estimate based on the discussed elements of the design concept.
Preliminary design
A preliminary plan will be presented as a tool for visualizing the initial concept. The plan can be used as the framework for future revisions and design refinements.
Final proposal
Once the final design is completed, a final proposal will be presented that will specify the scope of work and the associated costs.
Maintenance /follow-up
Once the project is completed, Bon Terra will maintain the installed portion of your project for one month free of charge before handing over the care of your new garden to you. We also provide full service garden maintenance if you decide you need professional assistance.
