Jaime Veas

An SDSU graduate in International Business. Mr. Veas has worked in Europe, and Asia. He holds the CFO position for Keragis Corporation (A division of Mitec Telecom) which Specializes in producing custom RF and microwave components and subsystem design. Keragis is a spin-off of 12-year-old MAR Associates, a world leader in the design and manufacturing of commercial multichannel wireless cable television systems. Mr. Veas has been in charge of the financial and operations side of the business as well as being involved the corporate acquisition of Keragis Corporation by Mitec Telecom in 2007. |

Consulting Engineer engaged in strategic planning of engineering projects from schematic stage to completion of contracted documents and negotiations including coordination with other disciplines.
Experience includes Research and Development Analysis, hardware and software design, consulting and specification administration, proposals and scope management overlooking planning as well as quality control for high profile projects.
